As a full stack developer, no two days are the same. Working with map applications might seem dull at first glance, but it’s always a challenge and a pleasure to build tools that let users intuitively access information-whether it’s by clicking on the map or using other handy features. With over 20 years of experience, I’m always looking for the best solution, working closely with clients and end users to achieve the best possible result.

Growth and support

At Merkator Group, I have the opportunity to continuously develop myself. Every six months, there’s a review with the project manager to discuss successes, areas for improvement, and the skills I want to refine or newly acquire. Together, we create a growth plan for the coming period, and I’m given the space to shape my own professional path. There’s also always the option to have follow-up conversations about salary or extra benefits, which shows that personal development truly takes center stage here.
