Job Description
As Office Manager, you are the beating heart of our office. You ensure everything runs smoothly—from administrative support to giving visitors a warm welcome. You are the first point of contact and the silent force behind the scenes.
You prepare invoices, process expense claims, and keep our administration organized in Exact Online. You manage hiring portals and ensure contracts are accurate and up to date. Additionally, you’re happy to answer the phone, greet guests with a smile, and make sure our office always looks professional and well-kept.
You guide new colleagues through their onboarding: you handle practical matters and make them feel welcome from day one. You also manage the director’s inbox and maintain oversight, ensuring that the right things happen at the right time.
Our current location is in Zaltbommel, but we plan to move to ’s-Hertogenbosch. This position is fully office-based.
Your Profile
- You have experience with administrative tasks such as invoicing and expense processing.
- You work accurately and in an organized manner, and you like things to be correct.
- You are representative and customer-friendly—both in person and on the phone.
- You handle confidential information well, such as email management and contract documents.
- You are digitally skilled and quickly learn new systems (e.g., hiring portals, SharePoint, etc.).
What We Offer
- A versatile part-time position (20–30 hours)
- A dynamic work environment within a close-knit team
- Room for personal growth and development
